This would be simply implemented via a ZFS-send to a secure offsite location, nightly? Come up with ideas about companies we could use, or whether we could do this ourselves.

stream is the perfect system for this, just need to set up a bi-weekly cronjob that takes the latest ZFS vm & config snapshots over.

Still necessary. We should use stream for this, since the only other thing it does now is host jitsi. Also stream has been renamed to beet.
