Timeout on GET room delete_status #1

doRoomDeletes(): Can't do room deletes because GetDeleteRoomStatus('!OGEhHVWSdvArJzumhm:matrix.org') returned HTTP GET http://[::1]:8008/_synapse/admin/v2/rooms/!OGEhHVWSdvArJzumhm:matrix.org/delete_status?access_token=xxxxxxx: Get "http://[::1]:8008/_synapse/admin/v2/rooms/!OGEhHVWSdvArJzumhm:matrix.org/delete_status?access_token=xxxxx": context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

gave it a kick in the butt (systemctl restart) and it is once again choocing!! :3

there seems to be a bit of finesse needed to hit it with a restart at just the right time for it to not get stuck again
